Definitely recommend Andy for motorcycle training. I started off my training with CamRider at Rackheath – who only wasted my time and money, and massively knocked my confidence. I went to Andy on a friend’s recommendation. Turns out he has trained many people I know. I had no previous bike experience and done my DAS course passed all tests first time. I couldn’t have done this if I had trained elsewhere. Great instructor great facilities. Will only ever recommend you!!!

Passed my mod 1 and 2 first time. From never riding before, complete novice. I cannot recommend Andy highly enough! What a genuine honest bloke. I don’t think I’ve had as good instruction ever! I’ve trained with the best being ex-Army, so that qualifies me to say that! First time I’ve heard the saying since leaving the forces “train hard – fight easy!”

Well, after 10 years of pestering from my Dad (Andy at Anglia Training Services), I finally pulled my finger out and got my theory passed so he could put me through my bike test. It came as no surprise how excellent he is as an instructor, you really were awesome dad, the bikes, the gear, the track, all top notch. Great days training with Andy for the A License directly from a CBT. Any made each day enjoyment. I was really struggling with my U-turns and Andy stuck with me on them.

Hi Andy, l’d just like to say, ‘Thanks again’ for your expert tuition. You were really informative and very thorough in your training methods and l enjoyed every minute. The confidence gained inside the safety of your training premises, with the tarmac track, was really useful.
Once l’d progressed to riding outside, it wasn’t nearly as ‘scary’ as l’d expected because your intercom system meant that you were ‘in my ear’ all the way. To know you were behind me and ‘watching my back’ made it so much easier…….and you didn’t miss a trick – with your ‘eagle eye’ you spotted any mistakes and corrected them before they became bad habits! Lol.
As for the bikes, they were immaculately maintained, new machines and l loved riding all of them…….especially Gladys!
You have now trained the whole family – husband, son and myself, from CBT to FULL LICENCE, that should say something about our satisfaction with your training skills.
I have now recommended you to my girlfriends who are all envious of my new hobby, so brace yourself for some ‘girl power’!

Andy is an amazing instructor. I was a complete novice when I turned up this morning – and I chose to learn on a geared bike. I’ve walked away this afternoon with my CBT and a huge smile on my face.

I will use one word to sum up the training that Andy offers and that is EXCEPTIONAL I did the Direct Access Course and it was VERY, VERY THOROUGH.
Safety is his number one priority and he won’t take anyone out on the open road if he feels that they’re not ready for it. Using the Go-Kart Track to train on is very beneficial, because it’s very similar to riding on the road. Unfortunately, a lot of other training providers cannot offer this unique service.
Although he can sometimes come across as quite abrupt, it’s important to remember that he’s teaching you essential Skills for Life. Being vulnerable on a motorcycle it’s imperative to fully engage, listen, learn and continue to improve. I admire his enthusiasm, motivation and sense of humour. He made me laugh on many occasions.

Passed my bike test today with Andy, what a brilliant experience it’s all been, I’ve had so much fun doing this, set it as a challenge and didn’t think I’d pick it up so quickly. Thank you so much for your patience and support, your truly an incredible instructor and I recommend you to anyone. Passing with no faults is a credit to your teaching methods.

Andy is a fantastic instructor. As an equestrian, I have received many many hours of training, therefore recognise someone who knows how to impart knowledge in a calm and helpful manner. I also need a trainer with a great sense of humour! Andy made me feel that my biking goals were all within my reach and that ‘can’t’ is not in his vocabulary (nor should it be in mine!! )

Andy is one of the best instructors to teach you how to professionally ride a motorbike.

I’ve just done my CBT today with Andy, and I cannot praise him enough for his professionalism, quality of training, attention to detail, friendly approach and most of all patience with an older guy coming back to motorcycles after a very long break. The use of the kart track for the off-road training is excellent as there is plenty of space to make mistakes in a safe environment and then gradually gain confidence before the equally good on road training. For any bike training don’t bother looking any further than Andy. Thanks. (After completing his CBT Matthew went on to pass both tests first time.)

Well, here’s my two pence worth…..I just want to thank you Andy for getting me through my DAS, you’ll get nothing but professional training here, with a bit of comedy involved!!!

Also, the location is brilliant, you’re training on a Kart track, with tons of space to really copy the conditions on your test, I did my CBT with another trainer, and to be honest the space was a little tight, but not with ATS.

So, if you’ve been thinking about getting into bikes, give Andy a ring and go and see him, where you’ll be training and the bikes you’ll be using, AND you get your photo on the ATS Wall of fame at the end!!!
