What personal data we collect and why we collect it
If you enter into a contract with Anglia Training Services by accepting to book a course, we require your name, address, contact telephone number, licence number and if applicable, your theory certificate number. To allow us to complete documents or online booking forms required by the DVSA for you to complete your course and for us to comply with HMRC tax records.

If you leave a comment or a review by way of an email to us or on our website or on Facebook, we reserve the right at our absolute discretion to place that information on our website. However should you wish us to remove that information then we will do so at your written request.

If you allow us to take an image of you and/or your motorcycle then we reserve the right at our absolute discretion to place that image on our website. However should you wish us to remove that image then we will do so at your written request.

With whom we share your data
We share data, with the Driving Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) to allow us to name motorcycle tests on your behalf. If we are requested by the HMRC. We may disclose personal or confidential information if required to do so by law, court order or for the purposes of prevention of fraud or other crime or if we believe that such action is necessary to protect and defend the rights, property or personal safety of Anglia Training Services. We do not share your data with any other party. We would never sell your data to any other party.
How long we retain your data
Data provided to the DVSA is kept for 3 years and for the HMRC 8 years.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
